We believe event ticketing can be turned into a force for good. We donate 50% of our booking fees to charities chosen by you, the event organiser.

Terms & Conditions

  • The organiser must be paying the standard full 10% commission to be eligible for the charitable donation.
  • Charity donation does not apply to organisers receiving Citizen Ticket add-on services including, but not limited to, bespoke marketing campaigns, hardware and on-site staff.
  • Charity must be chosen from a selection of pre-approved charities. If you are a UK registered charity and would like to apply to be considered to be on the list of pre-approved charities please contact us using the normal methods provided.
  • 50% net donation rate applies for events with a charity selected and their first ticket sold between 1 January - 30 June 2019. This rate will be reviewed quarterly.
