We've grown a lot since we sold our first ticket, so it's time to give our platform a cool lick of paint.

If you hadn't heard, our charity policy has recently updated. If you would like us to donate 50% of our booking fees from your future ticket sales to charity - just choose a charity from your event's dashboard when setting up a new event! How great is that?

Answers for common questions:

I haven’t been sent or can’t find my ticket.

Please check your junk folder on your email. Occasionally emails can go there.
Lastly, please sign into your account and visit the ticket wallet section. Here you can view your tickets, send them to your email, or print a copy.

How do I get refund to an event?

Citizen Ticket uses a specialised refund resolution service. You can use this here.

Can children come? Is there disabled access at this event? (…and other event related questions)

For the fastest response, please contact the organiser directly regarding your event-specific queries. You can find their contact details by clicking on the organiser name, found beneath the event address on the event listing.

I want to transfer my ticket to a friend or family member.

Navigate to your ticket wallet, locate the ticket and click the transfer button. Follow the instructions on the following page. Tickets are transferable at the organisers discretion.
