On a street in Cardiff, in one little terraced house split in half, two people lead solitary lives. ‘Two flats on Clifton Street’ tells the story of Agnes and Eira, living side by side, divided only by the ceiling between them. With just the audience to talk to, they share their stories, their wants for the future and their nostalgia for the past.

This is the second play written by Faebian Averies, following her first play, ‘Detention’ which achieved a 5* review on its opening night and went on to have a sell-out run. ‘Two Flats on Clifton Street’ was showcased in March at the Chippy Lane Productions ‘Who Run The World?’ event, at the Old Red Lion Theatre, which championed new Welsh female playwrights.

This is its London debut.
