Back by popular demand for it's ninth year, the eggciting and fun filled Easter Treasure Hunt through Layer de-la-Haye woods on Good Friday 10th April.
If you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise. The Layer Easter Treasure Hunt is back, Good Friday 10th April, for it's ninth year and promises to be even bigger and better than ever. You will start at Layer Village Hall, New Cut, CO2 0EH, the trail will then take you through the village green and around the woods. Meet the characters, complete the riddles and claim your prize at the end.
Tickets are per child and each one will receive an egg/dairy free alternative at the end. Parents and grandparents are very welcome to walk the trail with their children.
Food and refreshments will be available at Layer Village Hall.

The Easter Treasure Hunt opens at 10am with last entry at 2pm. The walk will take just over an hour.
Please note that the walk is best done in wellies or walking shoes and may not be suitable for pushchairs, especially if it has rained.
This event is organised by Friends of Layer School PTA and all monies raised go towards Layer-de-la-Haye Primary School.
Parking - The Hunt is very popular, please be considerate when parking, avoid New Cut, park safely around the village and walk to the village hall. Thank you and see you there!
